Ads may run on your videos only after your channel qualifies and passes review. Private chats stay ad-free — monetization applies to public Videh Video content only.
Eligibility requirements
- At least 500 subscribers on your channel
- At least 4,000 valid watch hours in the last 12 months
- At least 5 public videos published on your channel
- Channel in good standing — low fraud score and no active policy strikes
- Videh may review your channel before ads run on your videos
How earnings work
- Eligible creators receive 35% revenue share from ads shown on their videos
- Watch hours count when viewers watch at least 30 seconds of a published video
- Fake views, bot subscribers, and spam comments reduce visibility and can block monetization

Where is the official Videh app website?
The official site is https://videh.co.in (Videh Messenger). Download the app from our download page or search Videh Messenger on Google Play — not other unrelated brands that use the word Videh.
Is Videh free to use?
Yes. Videh is free to download and use for messaging, calls, and standard features. We may offer optional paid services in the future; any changes will be announced clearly in the app and on this site.
Do I need Videh Web to use the app?
No. Videh Web is optional. Your phone remains the primary device; Web mirrors chats when your phone is online and linked via QR code.
How are my messages protected?
Videh encrypts data in transit between your device and our servers using industry-standard TLS. Message content is stored on Videh servers to deliver chat history and linked devices. We do not read your messages to show advertisements. See our privacy policy for storage and retention details.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request deletion from the app settings or visit our data deletion page. We process verified requests within the timeframe stated in our policy.
Which devices are supported?
Videh for Android is available now. Videh Web works in modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) when linked to your phone. iOS may be offered in a future release.

Videh Video lets you create a channel with a permanent @handle, upload videos, build subscribers, and interact through likes, comments, and replies. How do I monetize my Videh Video channel?
Join the Videh Creator Program when your channel has at least 500 subscribers, 4,000 valid watch hours in the last 12 months, and at least 5 public videos, with good standing (no policy strikes, low fraud score). Videh may review your channel before ads run. Eligible creators earn a 35% revenue share from ads on their videos. See monetization rules.
How can businesses advertise on Videh Video?
Visit ads.videh.co.in to create campaigns with pre-roll, mid-roll, feed, and shorts-style video ads. All ads require Videh admin approval. Billing uses CPM, CPC, CPI, and CPV models with wallet top-up from ₹500.
Are private chats used for ads?
No. Videh does not read your private messages to show advertisements. Ads appear only on public Videh Video content (and through the separate Videh Ads portal for businesses). Your chats and calls stay focused on privacy.
How does group Khata (ledger) work?
Inside a group chat, members can add expenses, assign who paid, and track balances. Everyone sees the same ledger so settlements stay transparent.
