1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Videh, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if under 18).
2. Messaging & calls
- Use Videh lawfully — no spam, harassment, illegal content, or impersonation
- You are responsible for messages and media you send
- Voice and video calls require microphone and camera permissions you grant
3. Videh Video
Videh Video lets you create channels, upload videos, comment, subscribe, and discover content.
- Ownership: You must own or have rights to everything you upload (video, audio, images)
- Public content: Channels, videos, comments, and public engagement are visible to other users
- Channel handle: Your @username is permanent after creation
- Prohibited: Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, CSAM, malware, spam, or misleading impersonation
- Moderation: We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms
- Comments: Do not post threats, personal phone numbers, or abusive content in comments or replies
4. Ads & monetization
- Ads may appear on Videh Video. Advertisers must follow Videh Ads policies at ads.videh.co.in
- Channel monetization, revenue share, and payouts — when offered — are governed by separate monetization terms
- We do not sell the content of your private chats to advertisers
5. Copyright
If you believe content on Videh infringes your copyright, email support@videh.co.in with proof of ownership and the video URL.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account from the app settings or via our data deletion page.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
